Bitcoin transactions often occur within seconds, but sometimes slowdowns can occur due to network traffic or wallets that are slow to send. The first thing we're going to ask for is the Bitcoin address where you sent the Bitcoin so make sure you have it ready! You can get that information in the transaction history of your wallet.
You can also look up the transaction on the blockchain: https://blockchain.info/
If you paste the Bitcoin address you made payment to in the top right of the page, you can see the status of the payment.
